Alma Family Therapy Centre



Diploma in Family Therapy accredited by Victorian and Queensland Associations of Family Therapy, over a minimum of 2 years. The course comprises 8 units, overview of family therapy, developmental experiences, therapeutic encounters, family therapy and illness, family of origin, children and adolescents, couples, older adults and ageing issues, ethics research, closure and referrals. Flexible learning is offered, each unit including clinical application, 6 hours face to face workshops and peer supervision. Optional fortnightly small group workshops are included.
