motivation and working environment.
Reflecting on their work: facilitating reflection
Develops how supervisors can become facilitators of reflection and grow
to helping supervisees learn to reflect in widening circles.
Learning in a supervisory setting
Understanding
how to help supervisees to learn at different levels.
Reviewing the four levels of learning;
Routine learning, emotional learning,
learning how to learn, and transformational learning.
